The idea of CrossFit (particularly using a barbell) was quite intimidating to me, but I decided to take a leap of faith and go for it. Before my first month was over, I was hooked. After my first year with the help of Barry Pepper, I began to dial in my nutrition. My favorite aspect of CrossFit is there is always another level waiting for you once you’ve achieved a goal. I will say, CrossFit is more of a marathon than a sprint. I am continuous work in progress, and I am grateful for this family who has been there to encourage me along the way. I have loved every minute of my journey, and I look forward to many, many more! Kelli Edwards

CrossFit has changed the way I do everything; from the way I eat to the way I sleep and every second of the day in-between. I wish I could say I have a one specific memory or story to tell but all of them are my favorite! Every day in PRS is a new favorite memory. Being around such amazing athletes and coaches is unbelievable.

If I were to give anyone advise, I would say don’t give up. When it gets hard, just know that the more you do it, the better you feel and the harder it makes you want to work to reach whatever goals you have set for yourself. Ashley Buis

In January of 2018 I found CrossFit Port Royal Sound and came to do a drop in. From the moment I walked in I could feel the difference. I know have my motivation back and again look forward to coming and doing the workout. The coaches are some of the best I’ve ever seen. NUTRITION

At Wayfarer Nutrition we believe that proper nutrition is the foundation for any type of fitness program, and the foundation for living your life the fullest.  Finding a nutrition plan to fit your unique life and training regimen is a journey. This program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.

CROSSFIT

One of the things that makes CrossFit unique is that it addresses the fact that the fitness needs of an “Average Joe” are identical to that of a top athlete – the only difference being intensity (speed & weight) and volume. In all cases, the best results come when training included functional movement (that which replicates real life movement), at high intensity and with constant variety.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on One training is a personalized approach to training. It is a highly effective way to optimize your time and energy. With personal training, your coach will work with you to Create specific, measurable and realistic goals. Design a program specifically targeted for achieving your goals, working on weaknesses and building on strengths.

MOVE BOOTCAMP

Are you looking for a great workout? Check out our High Intensity Conditioning class known as MOVE. During MOVE we focus on functional movements through interval style workouts made up of lower impact exercises. MOVE mixes body weight exercises, strength training and interval work all into one high intensity workout that helps burn fat and improve cardio!
