WE LOVE NOTHING MORE THAN HAVING VISITORS FROM OTHER BOXES COME TRAIN WITH US.
If you are just passing through town, we charge a drop in fee of $20 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $50. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign (our insurance friends make us do this) and introduce you to our box. You may find that Pepper Fitness does things a little differently than your “box back home.” We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. If anything makes you uncomfortable, however, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter who would like to join Pepper Fitness, great! We are thrilled to welcome you. Every member, regardless of fitness level, must participate on our Foundations. However, if you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for Pepper Fitness’ Test-Out option. We offer a one-hour private session with our Head Coach Barry Pepper to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit movements. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity. Please don’t take this as an insult to your abilities, we just make sure everyone has a base level of proficiency in movement prior to entering our “CrossFit” classes.
