During MOVE we focus on functional movements through interval style workouts made up of lower impact exercises. We focus on learning new skills, still with an emphasis on technique and good movement, guaranteed to help you lose fat and tone up! MOVE is a great compliment for anyone looking to improve their conditioning within their CrossFit training and is also ideal for anyone interested in extra fat loss. MOVE classes are available to anyone with an Unlimited membership, and can also be purchased as a separate membership.
